The requirements are some what like:

1. Deliver GODS in its original spec.

(for new gods:)

1. Capture image directly into GODS's diagnostic Panel and allow annotation on that image.
2. Save to library of teaching files(Presumably, another MS Access). With annotation, M.R.N. and reason(prompt for answer before save); Save with original resolution; Save original and annotated image; Could save seperately or mark original Mammogram as teaching file. (Better to save seperately, so he can bring it anywhere for teaching purpose)
3. Annotate mammogram with a different set of annotation marks.
4. Save annotated mammogram to an Access or other database which could be merged into Word document he has.
5. Specify an area of the mammogram to preserve resolution while lower resolutions in other parts.
6. Email the annotated mammogram.

7. Convert annotated mammogram with CC view and MLO view to sketch.
8. Chat with ability to mark mammogram in real time.
